Job description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who want to delve into the insurance world. In this role, you will work within the Product Development department on our platform Axon, the solution for insurance companies to optimise their processes. As a Business Analyst, you will analyse requirements from our customers and developers and translate the requirements into user-friendly software solutions.
Key about your role
As a business analyst, you will bridge the gap between your Scrum team and our customers at insurance companies. You understand customer requirements and anticipate market developments.
You are able to communicate effectively with different types of target groups. Whether it’s a design session with the customer or a technical refinement with your team. You translate requirements into solutions, fit for purpose, with an eye for quality and maintainability.
Within your team, you help define user stories to implement the changes you have designed. During implementation, you are the sparring partner for developers and testers. In sprint reviews, you present the changes to the customer and collect feedback.
Key about your team
The Configuration Cluster is on the lookout for a new Business Analyst. You will have the opportunity to be part of the ACCurate and PRODUCTive teams, which are responsible for the product configuration capabilities of Axon—one of the most valuable functionalities our platform offers. In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping and improving how our clients configure their products within Axon. Beyond configuration, the teams also manage key functionalities such as Synchronisation and the implementation of a new front-end framework. But the excitement doesn’t stop there—we’re also working on two innovative projects: the ACC (Axon Configuration Companion), which is transforming our product configuration into a modern and user-friendly experience, and the FEI (Front-End Integrator), which empowers users to design their own front-end while leveraging Axon’s deep expertise. By reading this, you’ve already learned two of the many abbreviations we use at Keylane! And it’s not all work—our cluster regularly hosts board game nights and team outings, which we consider to be among our most important and enjoyable “functionalities.”
