Join The Team
Everstream Analytics is seeking a strategic, data-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to lead our global BDR team and drive pipeline generation across the world’s top enterprise companies—including brands like Google, Unilever, Danone, and Schneider Electric.
Reporting directly to the CRO and partnering closely with Marketing, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind our outbound motion—coaching the BDR team, optimizing processes in Salesforce and Salesloft, and ensuring high-quality lead flow to our Account Executives. You’ll also be the engine behind pipeline visibility and forecasting, helping Everstream scale with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global BDR team focused on outbound prospecting and meeting generation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on outreach strategy, messaging, and campaign alignment.
- Monitor pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and funnel health; share insights with revenue leadership.
- Optimize Salesforce and Salesloft workflows to improve data accuracy and team efficiency.
- Own pipeline reporting and forecasting; provide actionable recommendations to accelerate growth.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously refine the lead-to-opportunity process.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company—ideally focused on enterprise clients.
- Proven success building and managing outbound pipeline programs at scale.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Salesloft, and related sales/RevOps tools.
- Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable turning data into insights and action.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
