Business Development Executive @ PEOPLE10
Work Experience:2 Years
Work Timings: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
Roles & Responsibilities:
β Generating/sourcing qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc by rigorously prospecting and
researching within the US market.
β Strike and Initiate conversations with C-level executives (high-profile personas) through 100+ cold outbound
calls towards the US region.
β Actively improvising outbound skills like elevator pitch, email drafts, etc.
β Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
β Prospecting- Using various sales tools to create a credible outbound database.
β Responsible for scheduling and setting relevant first level meetings with the decision makers of the company.
β Active Follow-ups done with identified prospects with relevant needs.
β Have a really strong outbound sales pipeline.
Must-Have Skills :
β 0.6 - 1 year of relevant experience.
β Expertise in lead generation via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc and setting appointments.
β Expertise with various industry verticals like HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, InsurTech and other sectors.
β Expertise in using CRM.
β Should be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) skills.
β Strong listening and analytical skills
β Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
β Should have a good understanding of emerging technologies in the IT space.
