JOB OVERVIEW:

Oversees sales operations and manages the team. Responsible for creating a transformative approach to acquiring new opportunities. Grows the business and ensures business goals and objectives are met by focusing on maintaining and developing long-term client-business relationships and opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Manages and oversees the Business Development Department

2. Shadows and guides all Business Development Representatives in their day to day tasks

3. Prospects and qualifies new sales leads

4. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

5. Tracks all activities in SF, maintain tasks and keep current by updating account information regularly

6. Communicates lead pain points and challenges to Placements and IMs.

7. Maintains a well-developed and nurtured pipeline of prospects

8. Develops strong, ongoing relationships with leads

9. Meet and/or exceed sets goals

10. Coordinates with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

11. Performs ad hoc-related tasks as assigned

Special Duties:

● Maintains correct data entry into the Sales Report

● Coordinates sales-related initiatives with other departments

● Plans and oversees new marketing initiatives.

● Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

● Develops goals for the development team and business growth and ensures they are met.

● Trains personnel and helps team members develop their skills.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

● At least 5 years of sales management experience in staffing solutions.

● Ability to coach and train new hires and existing team members.

● Proficiency in running, analyzing and interpreting reports in CRM (Salesforce).

● Good business sense

● A deep understanding of marketing principles

● Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully

● Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Highly self-motivated

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, email management

● Working knowledge of Salesforce and RingCentral.

● Performs ad-hoc related activities as assigned
