Job Overview:
The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphic and video content for various marketing campaigns and events. This individual will work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and meets the project’s objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Graphic Design
● Develop client & VA resources such as brochures, pamphlets, and guides to effectively communicate the company’s products/services, features, and benefits.
● Create presentations, infographics, and posters to effectively convey information to clients and VAs.
● Optimize all designs for various platforms and formats.
Marketing Support
● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure client resources are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
● Design and produce marketing material
● Create graphics tailored for conferences, including banners, posters, flyers, and digital presentations.
● Assist with designing email templates for leads, clients or VAs.
● Develop engaging visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and other promotional materials.
Events Support
● Work closely with the events and engagement team to create visual materials that support event marketing and execution.
● Design and produce event materials such as invitation, banners, standees, posters, programs, and digital displays.
Video Editing:
● Edit video content for promotional purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media, website, and event highlights.
● Develop video concepts that effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
● Hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
● Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
