Job description

At RecargaPay, we are redefining mobile payments and financial services in Brazil. To accelerate our growth and enhance strategic execution, we are building our CEO Office. We are seeking high-caliber professionals to report directly to our Chief of Staff and collaborate closely with him, the CEO, and the executive team to lead key initiatives, strengthen decision-making, and help the organization operate at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The CEO Office has a dynamic mandate encompassing Corporate Strategy, Governance, and Special Projects. The team’s responsibilities will vary in intensity across these areas over time and include activities such as:

  • Conduct market-intelligence analyses, including benchmarking local and global fintechs and comparing value propositions across products and client segments;

  • Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for new initiatives, partnerships, and business opportunities;

  • Support the structuring and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across multiple business areas;

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., market trends, competitive landscape, internal performance) to inform executive decision-making;

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, strategic committees, and board discussions;

  • Organize and operationalize leadership routines, such as executive meetings, and initiatives prioritization.

  • Highly analytical, with strong synthesis skills and ability to communicate effectively at the executive level;

  • Self-starter who operates independently, with a strong sense of urgency and a high bar for excellence;

  • Demonstrates discipline and thrives in ambiguity, approaching it with confidence and enthusiasm;

  • Passionate about strategy, fintech, and business scaling;

  • Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, Fintech, or similar high-performance environments;

  • Educational background in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field;

  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish is required.
