About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about helping others, and has a strong background in healthcare-related sales or customer service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in building trust and delivering excellent support—both in English and Spanish.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about products and services in both English and Spanish
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and sales techniques
- Address customer inquiries, concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
- Document interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written proficiency)
- Previous sales experience in the healthcare field is required
- Availability to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
- Prior experience in sales or customer service with US-based companies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and call center software
