We started Ride Health in 2016 to help hospitals and healthcare providers manage patient transportation. We partner with healthcare organizations and transportation providers to handle transportation benefits and improve existing programs.

Our platform coordinates patient transportation, matching individual needs and preferences to create smooth ride experiences for both medical appointments and social needs. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible, improve efficiency, lower costs, and lead to better patient outcomes by combining technology and data with a human touch.

We tackle transportation challenges faced by care coordinators, providers, and payers. Our integrated solution connects everyone involved through our transportation network, automated communication systems, and human support.

We believe that no one should miss out on healthcare or essential social services because they lack transportation. Our mission is to remove these barriers, ensuring every patient has access to the care and resources they need for good health. We’re a team driven by this mission.

Our team includes roles in Growth, Network, Product, Client Services, Strategy, and Engineering, led by our CEO & Founder. We foster a mission-driven culture.
