Requirements
- Proven track record as a CFO or Finance Director scaling a SaaS company from £5M in ARR and beyond
- Fluent in SaaS financials and metrics and comfortable leading board interactions
- Able to drive strategy but maintains a ‘hands-on’ approach
- Strong financial modeling background with a fluent understanding of R&D and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) nuances
- Thrives in small teams with frequently changing priorities and operates with a sense of urgency
- An excellent communicator, spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Executing the company's financial strategy
- Lead strategic investment decisions and fundraising
- Identification and assessment of potential M&A transactions and group structures
- Implement and monitor SaaS metrics and KPIs to understand the performance and overall health of the business
- Responsible for the finance function ensuring appropriate standards are maintained with accurate and timely financial reporting
- Monitor and oversee financial budgets, cost control, forecasting, analysis, performance and investor reporting
- Build efficiencies into all the groups operations and champion to improve systems, processes and workflows to achieve growth at scale
- Ensure validity of key SaaS and operating metrics from sales, client success, marketing, engineering and product
- Help ensure compliance with regulations, laws and corporate policies in all jurisdictions where FNA operates
- Coordinate the preparation of board meetings and serve as Board of Directors Secretary
