We provide a link-in-bio tool for users to gather all their online links into one customizable URL. You can share content from social media, websites, and online stores. We also offer analytics to help you track engagement and revenue, and we support monetization through affiliate links and direct sales. To connect offline audiences, we provide QR codes. Our tool is used by creators, influencers, small businesses, and many others, including athletes, models, health educators, streamers, vloggers, ecommerce sellers, musicians, and podcasters.

Brothers Alex and Anthony Zaccaria, along with business partner Nick Humphreys, founded Linktree in 2016. They created it to solve the problem of constantly updating bio links for clients at their digital agency, Bolster. Today, we have over 70 million users worldwide. Our headquarters are in Melbourne, Australia, with additional offices in Sydney, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Our purpose is to give individuals the tools they need to manage and grow their online presence. We want to make sure content creators have effective ways for their work to be seen.

Our team includes developers, designers, marketers, and biz ops professionals across Australia, the EU, and the US. We’ve built a strong community that tackles technical challenges, creates interactive tools, and forms partnerships. We embrace a flexible, asynchronous work model, with our team distributed across many time zones, allowing for remote and flexible work.

We’re currently trying out a “Linkie Leaps” program for teams to meet in person for collaboration and bonding.

Our culture is empathetic and globally-minded, valuing every individual’s voice. We create an inclusive environment through training, workshops, events, and supportive policies. We also prioritize social impact, offering 20 hours of volunteering and mentorship leave to each team member annually. Additionally, we commit 1% of our revenue to social causes, having given over 5,500 lifetime Pro plans to non-profits.

We offer a Flex Benefit of $7,000 AUD / $4,900 USD, which our employees can use for things like gym memberships, courses, childcare, pet insurance, or green energy initiatives. We have an 18-week parental leave policy for all parents, plus a return-to-work program that includes backup childcare support and stipends for expenses like expressing devices. We also provide support for employees experiencing pregnancy loss or other hardships.

For mental health and well-being, we offer access to counseling through Mindfit, a Calm subscription, and 10 mental health days each year. Our Transpositive Inclusion Policy provides gender inclusion training for all employees, a mental health support stipend for trans and gender diverse employees, and financial support and leave for gender affirmation consultations and procedures.
