Job Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be a key partner in managing financial and employee-related matters across the organization. The experienced Controller will oversee financial operations across our global business. As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the month end close, financial consolidations, accounting operations including payroll, billings, collections and accounts payable. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting the Treasury, Tax and Audit requirements of the business.

Salary Range: $135,000-150,000/year DOE
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial operations which includes month end close, order-to-cash billing operations and accounts payable functions
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting
- Lead the audit and tax compliance with our third parties CPA firm
- Support the sales function with any contract escalations
- Manage a global team with employees in the
- Oversee sales tax and corporate filings with various state agencies
- Provide payroll and commission oversight
- Work directly with the Director of Finance and CFO to support the financial reporting functions of the business
- Worked with cross functional leadership and support request from the company’s investors
- Drive process improvements within the finance function, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, as needed
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company policies
- Train, supervise, and support staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- Experience in SaaS companies and strong knowledge of related GAAP reporting requirements
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and team project management
- Outstanding leadership and supervisory abilities with experience managing an international team, with USA, Netherlands and India locations preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
