Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in data leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and managing data teams
- Expertise in data science, data engineering, and business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Trafilea’s data strategy
- Oversee the data science, data engineering, and business intelligence teams
- Ensure data accuracy, availability, and accessibility across the organization
- Drive the creation of data models, dashboards, and reports to support business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics
