We’re seeking a Data Manager with strong leadership and strategic capabilities to oversee the management, analysis, and visualisation of data within the Customer Service Operations environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a leadership role within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
A solid understanding of operations reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics.
The ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with ETL tools like Dataform
An expert understanding of SQL and data modeling processes.

This role ensures the effective use of data through robust governance, modern analytics tools, and a high-performing team, while promoting data literacy and self-serve capabilities across the organisation

3-4 Data Analysts

This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, driving business insights, and fostering a high-performing BI team.
Leadership and Team management for 3-4 Data Analysts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions that support business decision-making.
Promote transparency by effectively communicating data insights and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
Champion the use of advanced and automated data analytics tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
Ensure data automation aligns with company goals & supports scalability
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting framework
Train and empower stakeholders on interpreting and utilising data
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Translate complex data into actionable insights for business decision-making, driving process optimisation and performance enhancement.
Actively stay abreast of emerging data analysis trends and technologies, ensuring the team is utilising the latest tools and techniques.
