📍 Working Model: Onsite (hybrid is an option after the on-boarding process)

What you will do:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will join a dynamic and innovative IT team and will play a key role in developing, deploying, and maintaining critical infrastructure for cloud-based and on-premise systems. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure high availability, performance, and automation of deployments across the technology stack.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
· Maintaining and supporting the company’s cloud-based IoT platform
· Building and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
· Automating system provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
· Supporting and optimizing operational processes through scripting and automation
· Improving deployment workflows and service operations across environments
· Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability using tools like Grafana
1-3 years of experience in a DevOps or relevant role
A Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
Strong programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Experience in Docker and NoSQL DBs (MongoDB), message queues (RabbitMQ)
Strong skills in Linux
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservice architecture
Familiarity with Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability using tools like Grafana
Problem solving mindset, approaching challenges methodically, identifying root causes and evaluating practical solutions
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in Greek and English
