Hey! I’m Lindsay, the founder of All Ears English. We’re a small, fun, and driven team that helps global professionals learn English through our top-ranked podcast and our online courses. Every week, millions of English learners tune into All Ears English to improve their confidence, communication, and careers.
We believe in building human connection, not just perfection. Our audience is smart, diverse, and highly motivated, and we love giving them the tools to reach their goals. We’ve been growing steadily for years and now it’s time to bring someone amazing in-house to take our marketing to the next level.
This is a chance to join a friendly and ambitious team that’s ready to scale in a smart and sustainable way.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who’s highly analytical and self-driven, and who thrives in a role where they can own the full marketing funnel. You’ll be someone who knows how to sell online courses and loves using data to make smart decisions. Ideally, you’ve done this in the education space - bonus points if it was ESL.
You’ll be the person behind our entire customer journey, from building awareness to converting leads and boosting lifetime value.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
📈 Grow our audience by optimizing and promoting our content across podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.
🔍 Monitor and improve content engagement to drive qualified traffic
📩 Build and optimize lead capture funnels using tools like ClickFunnels and OptinMonster
🧲 Manage lead magnets and opt-in flows to grow and segment our email list
🛒 Improve our evergreen funnels, sales pages, checkouts, and upsell flows
✍️ Write conversion-focused email sequences that align with quiz paths and user behavior
📊 Analyze and report on key metrics like open rates, CTRs, and funnel conversions
📅 Plan and execute live monthly promotions with high-impact copy and coordinated assets
🗣️ Refine product messaging to resonate with global professionals and IELTS learners
🔁 Run list-cleaning and re-engagement campaigns twice a year
📉 Find and act on missed revenue opportunities through backend automations
⚙️ Maintain SOPs and improve email deliverability and systems
🖌️ Use ClickFunnels to build landing pages and funnels. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good and what converts.
💻 You may also support basic WordPress updates, podcast ad ops, or B2B sales projects during quieter weeks — depending on your interest and capacity
⏰You’ll be working full-time with core working hours of 12pm - 8pm CET. This includes a required overlap of at least 4 hours with Mountain Time (MT), specifically between 8am and 12pm MT.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing, conversion funnels, and selling digital courses
✅ Expertise in ClickFunnels, ConvertKit, SamCart, Google Analytics, Zapier
✅ Strong product marketing skills - especially for price-sensitive markets
✅ A data-driven mindset and comfort tracking detailed marketing metrics
✅ A strong visual instinct and attention to detail are key. While this isn’t a design-heavy role, a part of it will include designing and improving funnels in ClickFunnels.
✅ Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level or near-native)
✅ Results-oriented and self-starting attitude
✅ Comfortable working remotely and independently
✅ Available for regular meetings during U.S. hours
Brownie points for:
🌟 Experience marketing ESL (English as a Second Language) courses
🌟 You’ve purchased an online English course before (you get our customer!)
🌟Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or similar.
🌟 WordPress experience for basic site improvements
You’re someone who doesn’t just run the playbook - you find ways to improve it. You notice the small things, question the big things, and always stay curious. You’re honest, thoughtful, and communicative, and you know how to turn numbers into insights into sales. We’re looking for someone who’s kind, adaptable, and genuinely excited to help us grow!
What’s in it for you?
💰 $3,500–$4,000 per month*
🕐 Full-time, fully remote
🌴 25 days PTO including public holidays
*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
