Are you passionate about unlocking the power of rigorous outcomes measurement? Do you firmly believe that good data can be a catalyst for improving workforce development and fueling economic mobility? If this sounds like you, come join us at CredLens as we continue our rapid growth and scale!

The Engagement Manager at CredLens will play a pivotal role in executing CredLens’ sales strategy, driving revenue growth across key customer segments and expanding market reach through strategic, high-touch prospecting and outreach. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, optimizing sales operations, and managing CredLens’ go-to-market tech stack. The Engagement Manager will also be responsible for effectively communicating CredLens’ value proposition to decision-makers at credential issuing bodies, higher education institutions, state agencies, funding organizations, and more. Additionally, they will work cross collaboratively with CredLens’ product, engineering, and communications teams to align sales efforts with market needs. During a time of rapid growth and scale, the Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding CredLens’ market reach and positioning it as the premier outcomes data solution for non-degree credentials.

CredLens is a national data trust focused on verified outcomes insights for non-degree credentials. CredLens is the newest affiliate of Strada Education Foundation, launched in 2024 and backed by several key philanthropic funders in the space. CredLens is scaling fast - we’re projected to double our headcount by year-end and are actively expanding our team across the board. We’re a fast-paced startup with aggressive goals and targets, so if you’re a self-motivated builder, this may be the place for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Support the execution of CredLens’ sales strategy to drive revenue growth across our various customer segments (credential issuers, higher ed institutions, policymakers, funders, and more)

  • Collaboration with Product & Research Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to align sales efforts with the evolving needs of key stakeholders
