Who we are looking for

Event- and Marketing Manager (B2P), 80-100% Preferably Germany (remote); Switzerland also possible

As FAIRTIQ’s Event- and Marketing Manager (B2P), your mission is to bring our brand to life through unforgettable partner-facing experiences and compelling communications. You’ll be the driving force behind our B2P and B2C event strategy—planning and executing international fairs, conferences, webinars on the B2P side and creative event-based brand activations on the B2C side. Beyond events, you’ll also play a supporting role in our B2P content and communication efforts, ensuring that FAIRTIQ remains top-of-mind across the mobility industry.

You’ll work closely with our Sales & Business Development team, partners, and external vendors, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape scalable event processes and inspire how FAIRTIQ shows up in the world.

Role & Duties

  • Lead B2P (and B2C) Event Management: Plan and execute international partner-facing events (e.g., fairs, conferences, webinars) in close collaboration with the Sales & Business Development team, as well as and user-facing community events (e.g., Swipy Tour) in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate Vendors & Logistics: Manage external service providers and all event logistics to ensure smooth execution and memorable experiences.
  • Event Messaging & Positioning: Develop and align event messaging including themes, speaker briefs, key talking points and presentation materials, ensuring consistency with FAIRTIQ’s brand and strategic priorities.
  • Drive Event Promotion: Create and implement promotional campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid channels and more to drive visibility, registrations, and leads.
  • Create & Manage Event Materials: Coordinate the development of flyers, giveaways, signage, and other branded materials required for events.
  • Track Budgets & Report Outcomes: Manage event budgets responsibly and prepare clear post-event reports, including KPIs, budget status, stakeholder feedback, and recommendations.
  • Support B2P Communication: Contribute to blog posts, white papers, Linkedin and newsletters during quieter event periods.
  • Collaborate & Optimize Processes: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales & Business Development, other internal stakeholders and support roles (e.g., interns or working students) to improve, document, and scale repeatable event and communication workflows.

You bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, B2B/B2P communications, or integrated campaign management—ideally in tech, mobility, or agency environments.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple events simultaneously.
  • A hands-on attitude: you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, Linkedin, and performance promotion channels.
  • Experience working with agencies and freelancers (e.g., for design or event logistics).
  • A natural eye for quality, branding, and audience experience.
  • Fluent in English and German; French, Italian and any other language is a plus
