Project Lead80-100% in Switzerland, Germany or remote
What You Will Do
- Lead multiple projects from scope definition to successful launch in an international setup.
- Align project objectives with company goals and product strategy.
- Propose solutions and prepare actionable options when facing challenges or uncertainty.
- Establish clear communication structures across internal teams and external partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact between public transport partners and FAIRTIQ’s technical teams.
- Monitor timelines and budget, manage risks, and ensure smooth delivery in complex integration projects.
- Foster long-term relationships with partners, providing strategic guidance and operational support during the course of the project.
- Contribute to the writing of offers and tender responses and other sales support activities
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT or technical environments, ideally with a certification (IPMA C, PMP, PRINCE2) and hands-on with agile or hybrid frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience in mobility tech or public transport is especially valuable, as it helps navigate our industry-specific challenges. A track record of managing SDK integrations or mobile-app rollouts is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and business-proficient (C1+) in Polish, Czech, Hungarian, or another CEE language for daily partner interactions. Bonus if you speak German, French, Italian, or other languages.
- Excellent organisational skills – you bring structure, establish lightweight governance, and keep multiple workstreams on track.
- Fast, solution-oriented thinker – you assess blockers quickly, prepare sound options, and support crisp decision-making.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder leader – you bridge tech and business, building trust with both engineers and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable with data – inspecting datasets, spotting issues, and using spreadsheets or basic Python/SQL to uncover insights. Hands-on scripting or BI skills (e.g. Python, dashboards) to automate reporting or prototype analyses are a definite plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 4–6 times per year for partner visits and industry events within Europe
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Work on a product that drives sustainable change in how people move every day.
- Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture within the EU and offices in Bern, Berlin, and Zurich.
- Supportive team environment with flat hierarchies and open communication.
- Opportunities for growth, learning budgets, and professional development support.
- Discounts on public transport and access to sports programs (e.g., Urban Sports subscription in Germany or massages in Switzerland).
