Hi, I’m Dione – CEO of Southeast Asia’s leading women’s fashion brand and I’m looking for a right hand to help me stay sharp, sane, and one step ahead. You are someone with extreme ownership who wants to make an impact, are highly trustworthy and able to operate in ambiguity. Real talk - I’ve never had an EA before so this will be a new experience for us both. This will be a 1 year contract role with option to extend or convert into a full-time gig if we mutually find it a good fit.

Role purpose

You will be responsible to act as a trusted partner, managing a dynamic schedule, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring the seamless execution of administrative and strategic priorities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll get a front-row seat to building a brand with purpose, scale, and serious ambition.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be a ninja – anticipate needs, problem solve and prioritise

  • Gatekeep like a pro – manage inboxes, calendars, schedules, and the occasional last-minute fire drill.

  • Prep CEO like a TED Talker – research, draft briefs, create meeting and keynote content.

  • Support CEO with content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, meeting materials - whatever gets the job done with flair.

  • Assist with all personal administration and project management.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. You’ve worked with senior executives and know how to support and keep cool under pressure.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent with slides - you know how to create impactful content.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • You have a background in consulting, PR, ops, or journalism – or any field that’s made you resourceful, efficient, and emotionally intelligent.
