We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Financial Advisor with at least 5 years of experience, and the accounting chops to back it up. If you’re a QuickBooks wizard, fluent in tech tools like CRM and HRIS, and someone who’s ready to be more than “just the accountant,” keep reading.

Our client isn’t just looking for someone to crunch numbers—they’re looking for a business partner who thinks proactively, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to take the wheel when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all things QuickBooks like a boss – reconciliations, reporting, and everything in between

  • Collaborating closely with leadership on financial strategy and forecasting

  • Using various tools like CRM systems and HRIS platforms to stay on top of data and workflows

  • Monitoring the owner’s email to keep communication flowing and no task slipping through the cracks

  • Supporting client and internal needs with a sharp eye on operations and finance

  • Potentially jumping on client or internal calls in the future—so great English and clear communication is a must

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial management or any related course.

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles

  • Expert-level QuickBooks skills

  • Comfort with multiple technologies: CRM, HRIS, productivity tools

  • Great English communication skills with minimal accent – professional and client-ready

  • Someone who’s proactive, collaborative, and strategic – not just a number-cruncher

  • Bonus points if you’ve monitored exec inboxes or worked closely with business owners

  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
