Summary
The job is for a volunteer Fundraising Specialist at The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI), an NGO in Norway. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with fundraising software, online platforms, and other tools to support fundraising efforts (Salesforce, Classy, Fundly, Everydayhero, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Willingness to identify opportunities to automate and streamline fundraising processes
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with TEEI's mission and goals
- Arrange meetings with partners and communicate regularly with them to maintain strong partnerships and explore potential collaborations
- Research and identify potential new partners, and develop strategies to build relationships with them
- Explore innovative and effective ways to generate funding for the NGO, including researching and identifying new fundraising strategies
- Track fundraising progress, analyze data, and report results to senior leadership
