Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Fundraising specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for early-stage startups.
- Identify and engage VCs, angel investors, and family offices across LATAM, the US, and/or Europe.
- Prepare investor-facing materials (pitch decks, executive summaries, financials).
- Advise on cap table strategy, equity distribution, and fundraising structure.
- Support and/or lead investor meetings, due diligence processes, and negotiations.
- Maintain and update investor pipeline and track capital-raising progress.
- Align fundraising efforts with go-to-market plans and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed to support storytelling and traction Reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience raising capital at Pre-Seed and Seed stages (as a founder, advisor, or fundraising lead).
- Strong understanding of venture capital dynamics, cap tables, and startup financing.
- Solid network of investors across LATAM, the US, and/or Europe.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English.
- Experience working in startup environments with lean resources and fast timelines.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor in a remote-first team.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
It´s a Plus:
- Background in agrotech, biotech, or climate tech.
- Familiarity with stealth-mode startups or ventures operating under NDAs.
- Exposure to additional roles like business analysis or customer success in startup teams.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this Part- Time (20h/w) position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This is a project-based opportunity with a duration of three months.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
