Job summary
As our new Head of People & Culture, you’ll be responsible for delivering our global HR strategy across the US and Canada.
We believe that a strong Head of People & Culture is crucial to our collective success, and this opportunity provides access for a driven leader to influence and impact the full range of people related topics both locally and globally (ranging from compensation, talent management through to employee engagement and retention).
You will ensure that the global People & Culture strategy is delivered to the highest standard to meet regional and business unit needs, driving an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture. The role requires exceptional leadership, guiding our team across the full People & Culture scope.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead a team of 7 and oversee Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and People Operations.
Things you’ll be working on:
Talent Acquisition
-Lead regional hiring strategy based on data and market trends;
-Partner with Finance for forecasting and pipeline planning.
People Experience
-Own regional employee engagement and retention strategies;
-Drive Learning & Development programs to foster continuous growth.
People Operations
-Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance;
-Optimize employee lifecycle processes through automation and AI.
Employee Relations & Advisory
-Act as escalation point for sensitive cases and investigations;
-Advise senior leaders on organizational evolution and people issues.
Strategic Projects
-Develop career paths and EVP initiatives;
-Lead onboarding and M&A integration efforts.
Leadership & Team Management
-Manage a regional People & Culture team of 7;
-Influence and align regional leaders with business and people goals.

Do you have what it takes to be our new Head of People&Culture for North America ?
-10+ years of HR generalist experience (multi-country team leadership a plus)
-Strong expertise across all HR domains: talent, operations, employee relations, US labor laws (Canada labor laws would be a plus)
-Proven ability to deliver complex HR projects and strategies
-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
-Experience in multicultural, hybrid, and matrixed environments
-A human-centric, inclusive mindset with strategic and operational agility

The preferred location for this role is St. Louis, where our primary U.S. office is located. However, we are also open to East Coast-based candidates to help facilitate time zone alignment with our European teams.
