Here at IMG we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Head of Strategic Relationships on a 37.5 hour contract, Monday to Friday working on a Hybrid or Remote Basis reporting out of our Redhill Office, with a competitive salary of £90,000 - £100,000 (Depending on Experience) In addition there is also a £1800 targeted monthly bonus. The Head of Strategic Relationshipsrole is to facilitate/win volume LTI and LTG new business and improve retention rates by establishing and re-energizing key Strategic Broker Relationships. The focus being senior stakeholders in the Global Employee Benefit Organisations. Stakeholders will also be (but not limited to) - Aggregators// Domestic Healthcare Specialist Insurers/Providers / Affinity arrangements). External stakeholders to include (amongst others) Global Employee Benefit Organisations (EB’s), (i.e., Aon; MMB; WTW; Pacific Prime; Howden; Callaghan and Lockton); Aggregators (i.e. Vita virtue; Health Compass etc.); Affinity Groups and Domestic Health Insurers.

What does a day in the life of a Head of Strategic Relationships look like:
- New Business – maintain close relationships with nominated brokers and strategic partners, to optimize volume LTG/LTI GWP new business production. Conduct meetings within the Company’s brand guidelines and in line with the Company’s image and values.
- Establish New broker Partners – Establish new VIP broker partnership relationships at senior stake-holder level to ensure distribution network continues to expand. Prepare and provide training modules where needed.
- Broker Relationship Building - to ensure brokers and Strategic Partners within your allocated responsibilities are kept up to date with the Company’s products, literature, pricing, target lines etc. Ensure other internal Stakeholders (Sales Team/ Marketing/ Product etc. are fully briefed in developments and expectations regarding managing these key relationships.
- Sales conferences/ Events – To represent the Company at any promotional events, conferences including exhibitions, shows, sponsored events etc. as required.
- Comply with all legal requirements and Company policies and procedures, including those relating to Compliance, Employment Contracts, and contracts with suppliers and customers, Health & Safety and Premises
