Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive human resource mechanism that supports the DAO's long-term strategy and vision
- Design and build an efficient, globally operational HR team capable of meeting the organization's future needs
- Attract and recruit future tech family office entrepreneurs and platform advisors in line with the company's platform requirements
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates
- Manage all aspects of HR operations, including talent recruitment, HR administration, compensation and benefits, and talent analysis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Shape, maintain, and promote the DAO's vision and values, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment
- Strengthen team and member cohesion through effective communication and leadership
- Develop and manage the DAO's talent incentive program
