In this client-facing role, you’ll be the connective tissue between clients and internal teams, orchestrating project execution across multiple workstreams. You’ll bring both rigor and heart to the role: maintaining momentum and meeting deadlines, while building trusted relationships through warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
This is a remote role open to candidates located in the United States. As we work with global clients and teams, some flexibility with time zones will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful implementation of Fuel50 solutions for enterprise clients across the globe
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, driving a positive and engaging onboarding experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success Partners, Configuration Consultants, and Skills Strategists to deliver client value
Develop and maintain client-facing project plans and internal project tracking tools
Identify and mitigate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
Facilitate effective meetings, workshops, and other client engagements as needed to support project delivery
Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are timely and accurate
3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or software implementation
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional facilitation, presentation and communication skills—warm, tactful, and clear across phone, video, and written channels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem solver with strong risk management instincts
Strong ability to synthesize mutiple information inputs and create order from complexity
Ability to influence and motivate both internal teams and clients toward shared goals
Solid technical acumen; experience working with SaaS or cloud platforms is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
