We were founded in 1999 as Billhighway and now operate in the Financial Services industry as re:Members. We provide software solutions to manage members, track renewals, and streamline operations for associations, labor unions, fraternities, and sororities. We support thousands of organizations.

For Associations & Unions, we offer an AMS (Association Management System) solution for membership management, which includes features like AI-powered tools and Microsoft Power Platform integration. We also have an AMS Platform that combines Salesforce’s capabilities with membership management and a members’ portal. Our Chapter Performance solution helps local leaders reduce administrative tasks so they can focus on member engagement and revenue.

For Fraternities & Sororities, we provide a CRM Platform to help strengthen relationships. Our Payments solutions offer financial and membership tools for chapters and headquarters. The Housing & Fundraising solution assists housing entities with financial and property management, as well as donor engagement. Our expertise includes managing dues, finances, payment processing, and association and chapter operations, as well as integrating databases and AMS systems.
