Job Description
Experian’s Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships Teams is dedicated to forging meaningful connections with nonprofit organizations to advance Experian’s mission of Financial Power To Allโข. Through creative strategies and activations, the team inspires underserved communities by providing them with the tools and knowledge to build bright financial legacies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design and execute inclusion and belonging programs and events with external organizations to drive financial inclusion.
- Create a scalable infrastructure to organize a comprehensive program portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Prepare quarterly program updates to share business impact and overall program performance.
- Lead logistical support for event planning, including program schedules, timelines, venue selection, catering, giveaways, shipping, and transportation arrangements.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners to collaboratively advance shared goals.
- Collaborate internally across departments to communicate and implement partnership events and programs.
- Report on program and event metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build engaging communication plans that inform, update, and prepare internal stakeholders and volunteers.
- You will report to the Senior Director of Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships.
Qualifications
Your background:
- 5+ years of experience in DEI, Inclusion & Belonging, or related fields, with a focus on developing empowerment programs for underrepresented communities.
- 5+ years of experience in event management/production, including executing events in collaboration with internal and external creative, marketing and production agencies.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, with experience organizing program portfolios and managing projects to ensure successful execution.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for programs and events.
- Preference for candidates based in or near Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX to allow access to the Austin office; remote candidates will also be considered.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
