About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to lead our BizTech Integration team in transforming our digital ecosystem.

As a key member of our BizTech organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide integration solutions using cutting-edge Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies. Additionally, you will support the development of microservices to enhance the capabilities of our internal agents and business systems.

What you’ll do

  • Design & Develop Integration Solutions: Develop scalable, robust integrations using modern iPaaS platforms to connect various SaaS providers (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing tools, project management systems)
  • API Development: Design and implement secure APIs, particularly for AI and Agent-based systems
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Integration Architecture: Develop and maintain integration architectures that align with the organization’s long-term technology strategy
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire integration lifecycle, from conception to production deployment and maintenance
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in integration technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve integration capabilities
  • Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce best security practices for secure connections across various systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance

What you’ll need

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Software Architect, Integration Architect, and/or as Senior Software developer
  • Outstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and IT collaboration
  • Hands on/working knowledge of most environments described below is required:
    • Strong knowledge of building APIs, REST APIs, Kafka, IPaaS etc. Hands on experience any of the IPaaS (Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.ai etc..)
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    • Knowledge of Container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus
    • Knowledge of Microservices and/or JAVA/Python is a plus
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations between various SaaS applications like Salesforce, ZenDesk, Marketo, Workday etc., and on-premises systems, and databases
  • Working experience with AI models and their integration requirements, including familiarity with language models and their applications in agent-based systems
  • Innovator with quick absorption of new technologies; strong understanding of technology solutions.
