About the Role
Our Inventory Management team is growing! This team is responsible for ensuring that inventory has the highest success rate in terms of sale, auto delivery, and cancellation avoidance. This involves taking all necessary actions to prepare inventory for sale, optimizing automation to ensure efficient distribution and on-time delivery. We are looking to hire an agent with great communication and problem solving skills to be the front line of defense in preventing unnecessary downstream issues for other departments.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Inventory Management Manager on the assigned duties for your shift - this varies from creating POs, match missing tickets, audit accounts, prepare listings for upcoming events to best utilize technology to automate processes
- Own the Match Missing ticket action to ensure all possible ingested tickets are matched to POS Ticket IDs for optimal use of automated delivery Identify and take action to resolve discrepancies, missing tickets, bad passwords, etc to prevent downstream fulfillment issuesInteract with customers using various communication platforms
- Own the buying in of purchases that we agree to handle according to policies
- Manage and maintain accurate listing-to-event mapping for purchase order (PO) purposes.
- Investigate and resolve issues preventing listings from mapping correctly to market events, escalating to a supervisor when needed.
- Proactively review and process ingested tickets daily to ensure proper mapping and event alignment.

- Ability to multi-task and be flexible to accommodate the needs of the team

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Bonus Qualifications
- Ticketing industry experience and a love for live events!
$23 - $24 an hour
This role will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
