We operate Lysted, a live event ticketing platform. As a fast-growing company, we also manage our own internal operations, including HR, recruiting, customer support for Lysted, and accounting. Our HR and recruiting team handles candidate experience, from coordinating interviews and managing communications to administering job postings and overseeing onboarding. They also address HR inquiries and compliance tasks. Account Managers help Lysted customers get started with demos and onboarding. They provide ongoing support, build relationships, identify new opportunities, and work to ensure customer satisfaction. Our accounting team maintains general ledger records and supports month-end and year-end close processes. This includes handling journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and audit support, especially for our revenue-generating business lines. We are rapidly scaling our financial operations.

We are a remote-first company, and we trust our team members to work autonomously. Collaboration is key across our internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, IT, operations, sales, customer support, account management, and finance.
