Requirements

Responsibilities
- Works directly with business units to solve complex application and data issues
- Develops, implements, and maintains business systems and software
- Provides front-line support to business units
- Coordinates systems upgrades and testing
- Develops and maintains application programs
- Handles customer tickets and prepares solution implementation documents
- Operates routine maintenance, testing, problem troubleshooting, software upgrade, and provides technical support
- Provides on-site support in case of major or critical problems
- Changes faulty modules on servers on-site
- Attends and leads technical meetings with the customer and vendors to discuss any issues or new change requests
- Reports top technical issues to upper management
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced level of English is required
- Knowledge in telecom industry especially in Mobile Core network, IP Network and also Linux and SQL are a plus
- Waiting candidates who are interested in Design/Install/support/maintain/repair network devices and servers such as switch, smart aggregator, data access devices
- Familiarity with server hardware and related networks
