Summary
The job is for a Junior Platform System Engineer at Huawei in Istanbul / Umraniye. The role involves troubleshooting complex application and data issues, providing front-line support to business units, coordinating systems upgrades and testing, and developing and maintaining application programs.
Requirements
- 0-1 Year experience
- Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related field
- Advanced level of English is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptability

Responsibilities
- Works directly with business units to solve complex application and data issues
- Develops, implements, and maintains business systems and software
- Provides front-line support to business units, coordinates systems upgrades and testing
- Operates routine maintenance, testing, problem troubleshooting, software upgrade, providing technical support
- Handles customer tickets and preparing the solution implementation documents
- On-site support in case of major or critical problems
- Changes faulty modules on servers on-site
- Attends and leads technical meetings with the customer and vendors to discuss any issues or new change requests
- Reports top technical issues to upper management
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in telecom industry especially in Mobile Core network, IP Network and also Linux and SQL are a plus
- Waiting candidates who are interested in Design/Install/support/maintain/repair network devices and servers such as switch, smart aggregator, data access devices
- Familiarity with server hardware and related networks
- Availability after hours and weekends as needed and willingness to work on-call rotation
