NFQ Email Marketing team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania and the largest official Partner of Omnisend in Lithuania. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, customer support, and overall E-commerce business consulting.
With 14+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands.
Currently, we are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Client Experience team with a focus on helping Omnisend.lt clients, solving their problems and working with email marketing data analysis. You will get acquainted with the Email Marketing / Marketing Automaton fields with Omnichannel approach and with the challenges which top Lithuanian ecommerce brands face in these fields.

You will
- Communicate with B2B clients to resolve their issues and answer queries about the Email marketing platform
- Analyse Email marketing and sales data
- Consult clients on email marketing best practices and strategy
- Identify technical issues and properly report them to the responsible teams
- Support daily email marketing tasks, as well as business expansion or marketing projects
- Contribute to unit tasks related to educational and industry development goals
What you will bring
- At least 1 year of experience in client support, customer success, or account management roles
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn new technical information
- Ability to use data and analytics to find implications
- Understanding of or interest in marketing, email marketing and e-commerce
- Attention to details
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)

Salary range: € 1440 - 2160 gross / month
