Job description

About the Position

As a Data Coordinator with Curate, you will join a small but mighty team of experts responsible for the identification, verification, and organization of municipal meeting data. You will help ensure our clients stay on top of their most pressing issues at the city and county government level. You will analyze snippets of text extracted directly from agendas and minutes, make quick decisions as to their relevancy to client-oriented concepts, and become knowledgeable in a wide range of subject manners. You are a self-starter and hold yourself accountable; you can work independently alongside your coworkers to parse through a varying daily workload. You are not afraid to think critically about your work and offer suggestions for improvements that benefit the team as a whole.

About the Curate Team

Curate helps businesses efficiently monitor risk and find opportunities through municipal data - at scale. We scan thousands of local government websites looking for meeting minutes and agendas where decisions are made that impact our business customers.

From onboarding to crafting strategic best practices to comprehensive technical support, the team strives to put the clients needs first every day. We are dynamic, hard-working and driven individuals who thrive in an open team structure where there are constant learning opportunities and room for growth.

About You

You are self-motivated and technically savvy. You can work independently on projects and thrive in autonomous situations. You are also a collaborative partner with other teams and thrive on finding solutions that benefit the group. You want to learn about the tech industry by truly seeing the foundations of how the product functions.

The salary for this position is $40,000 - 45,000.
