We are pioneering AI-powered customer support solutions to help businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead the development of our core product lines.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the senior leaders in Engineering and Design. This is a unique opportunity to shape a successful AI product that has seen rapid growth in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end success of our products from idea, planning, buildout and launch
- Talk with customers, sales, and support to understand their needs and and ensure our products are meeting them
- Create the product roadmap and work directly with teams across the company to keep iterating and moving the project forward
- Collaborate with design and engineering to build great product that solves complex problems
- Lead product launches partnering with sales and marketing
- Identify and track key success metrics for your features and iterate on the data

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of product management experience within cloud, SaaS, Conversational AI, ML, or enterprise tools.
- A track record of creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining the GTM strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction for large scale systems.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and GTM.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
