Job Description
Define the roadmap, understand the E2E process in migrating provisioning applications from one platform to another, lead the team to achieve business goals, and identify solutions for any operational problems; Define the architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data of systems to satisfy specified business and technical requirements for order fulfillment; Lead the team in developing and implementing solutions for optimal performance, scalability, and stability; Lead solution architecture lifecycle (while utilizing BPM/Workflow/Orchestration tools) of order fulfillment systems, including concept, design, prototyping, integration, testing, and production release; Define processes and ensure the team follows the process to meet delineated KPIs; Work closely with the senior management in analyzing long-term business goals and suggesting ways the organization might achieve these goals with technology; Guide others to assess system usage trends and identify potential performance constraints with inter-system processes; Research latest technologies and determine which can be leveraged to solve complex business problems within the telecom domain and its products and services, such as Voice/VOIP, Broadband, Telecom provisioning/billing, and Fiber solutions. Position will be headquartered in Charlotte, NC but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
Qualifications
WHAT WILL CATCH OUR EYE:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, or in a related position. Experience must include defining High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) after conducting detailed analysis on business requirements; using Solaris, HP-UX, Linux (Red Hat), Sun Solaris OS, C, C++, Java, Pro*C, and Unix
