You will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, delivering manufacturing and global logistics solutions for Sword Health. Reporting to the manufacturing manager your responsibility will be executing manufacturing operations, working closely with the quality and engineering teams on continuous improvement projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.
- Provide technical support to other teams, including engineering, quality, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure they are operating effectively.
- Ensure training and development of shopfloor operators aligned with Sword’s Quality Management System.
What you need to have:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain management;
- At least 2 years of managing a manufacturing team/line;
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, along with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with all levels of the company’s value chain;
- Autonomy and Proactivity in solving problems;
- Spanish speaker.
- High familiarity with digital tools and enterprise platforms, including ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and Oracle.

- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment.
$85,629 - $134,560 a year
