About the opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, globally minded Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our fast-moving marketing team with day-to-day execution. You’ll work closely with teams across EMEA and APAC to support events, coordinate campaign logistics, and ensure operational excellence.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and excited by the pace and potential of the crypto ecosystem. Prior crypto experience is recommended.

How you will make an impact

Marketing Ops Execution

  • Support the coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns and product updates
  • Maintain internal calendars, timelines, and marketing assets
  • Help manage tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Figma, Canva, Beefree, and project management systems

Event Coordination and Marketing Operations

  • Assist with logistics for events including crypto conferences, networking dinners and events, and virtual webinars
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to support successful activations
  • Ensure consistent branding and execution across regional events
  • Event socials & emails

Regional Team Support

  • Serve as a go-to marketing contact for the EMEA & APAC go-to-market teams
  • Support timezone-sensitive needs and help bridge communication across global functions
  • Track deliverables and support on-the-ground team members with materials and timelines
  • Assist with team travel and accommodations. Knowledge with booking platforms like Navan would be helpful.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support event execution and onsite coordination.

What you bring to the team

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear communication and comfort working across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once
  • Crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technology experience recommended

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or crypto/tech startups
  • Exposure to crypto events, ecosystems, or communities
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Slack, Navan, Canva, Luma, Beefree, or marketing automation platforms

Reports to: Events Manager, but would also assist the marketing and GTM teams.

Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for. Compensation for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.

  • We aim for the entire process to take around 2-4 weeks from initial screen to offer. There can be exceptions on either side of the bell curve here, but as a rule, that’s the time-frame you can expect.
