About the role:

The Online Casino Executive is responsible for supporting the seamless delivery, optimisation, and performance of casino games and content across digital platforms. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure an engaging, compliant, and high-quality gaming experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding, setup, and ongoing operations for new casino games, ensuring timely integration and launch.
  • Monitor and analyse game performance data, providing actionable insights to enhance content and player engagement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and content updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all content meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate platform or game issues as needed, ensuring smooth operation across all devices.
  • Support marketing and operational initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and regular performance reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of site experience and customer journeys.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; experience with BI tools and back-office systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
  • Prior experience in online gaming, digital content, or casino operations is advantageous.
