Job Description

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to make a significant impact in the education sector? We are seeking a dynamic Paid Media Specialist to join our team and drive student enrolments for our prestigious university partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimise paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance from click-through to enrolment.
  • Project lead volume and media spend to guide budgeting decisions.
  • Collaborate with Creative/Content teams to develop engaging and effective creatives.
  • Work with Web Designers to build landing pages and implement CRO testing strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects as needed.
  • Meet and exceed student enrolment KPIs.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Media, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience (ideally 3 years plus) managing high-performance PPC campaigns.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders and communicating technical issues clearly.
  • Experience in forecasting spend and lead targets across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in advertising with AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with new and emerging channels like TikTok is a bonus.
