Job description
We’re looking for a thoughtful, curious, and collaborative People Development Program Partner to support the growth and development of our people. In this role, you’ll report directly to our Director of People Development and design and deliver engaging learning experiences that support employee, manager, and team development across the organization. You’ll work in close partnership with the People team and cross-functional partners to scale our learning programs and help foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the execution and improvement of ongoing development programs, such as onboarding, manager learning journeys, and self-paced resources (using our Articulate products!)
- Successfully lead our regular DiSC work style trainings
- Manage the logistics and operations of learning programs (communications, scheduling, materials, evaluation)
- Help curate internal learning resources that support development at all levels
- Track engagement and feedback to continuously iterate on learning offerings
- Partner closely with the People team to support broader employee experience and performance initiatives
What You Should Have:
- 5-8 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or a related field
- Experience designing and delivering virtual learning experiences (live and asynchronous)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and L&D best practices
- Strong facilitation, communication, project management and collaboration skills
- A learner mindset—you seek feedback, love iterating, and stay curious
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with learning tools (e.g., LMS, survey tools, authoring tools), coaching, or inclusion & belonging work
- Experience facilitating DiSC workshops
- Experience with instructional design and Articulate360
- Experience creating and maintaining beautiful Notion pages
$81,400 - $122,200 a year
The pay range for this position is $81,400 to $122,200for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
