SUMMARY

Avetta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support our supply chain risk, supply chain sustainability, due diligence, and compliance solutions.

This role will concentrate on positioning and promoting our offerings in supply chain and third-party business risk management including adverse media, financial risk, cybersecurity, labor standards, corruption, environmental practices and supply chain due diligence. You will be the go-to expert on the needs and behaviors of clients, suppliers and subcontractors, helping shape product strategy, drive go-to-market (GTM) execution, and enable sales success across key industries.

Youโ€™ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to craft compelling messaging, launch initiatives, and grow adoption of our supply chain risk solutions. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be required(3 days in office, 2 days work from home).ย  Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer & Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of sourcing, vendor management, supplier compliance, supply chain excellence personas, their challenges, and their compliance and safety needs.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Create high-impact messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and supports integrated marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and thought leadership.
  • Product Launches & GTM: Partner with Product, Advisory, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful go-to-market strategies for product updates and new releases.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales tools, playbooks, competitive battle cards, and training resources to support revenue growth and improve pipeline conversion.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs for campaigns and launches, analyze effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, or go-to-market roles
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work effectively across departments including Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint and presentation capabilities
  • Comfortable using modern collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Figma, etc.)
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Avetta or other Supply Chain Risk Management, Contractor Safety, or Worksite Compliance platforms
  • Background in marketing solutions related to Supplier Sourcing, Supplier Risk, Health & Safety, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Familiarity with industry dynamics in Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or related sectors
  • Experience developing video based product marketing assets

At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role’s responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $163,000 USD per year, with a potential bonus.
