Job Title: Product Owner – (Salesforce)
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time
Reports To: CEO
Role Summary
The Product Owner defines and manages the product roadmap, enhancement backlog, and prioritization process across customers. This role translates stakeholder feedback into scoped user stories and ensures features align with platform strategy, compliance needs, and government financial system workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a centralized enhancement backlog across all customers
Manage the enhancement intake process from CSMs and PMs, and route requests through triage
Distinguish enhancements from defects in partnership with QA and Support PMs
Collaborate with Lead PMs, CSMs, and SMEs to identify high-value platform features
Prioritize enhancement requests in alignment with roadmap, funding constraints, and contract scope
Work closely with Dev and QA teams to define sprint-ready stories and backlog prioritization
Guide platform roadmap in alignment with LNB’s long-term strategic and compliance goals
Participate in customer demos and enhancement showcases
Qualifications
3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a SaaS environment
Salesforce Administrator certification required
Strong analytical mindset with experience designing financial workflows or supporting public-sector financial systems
Experience managing enhancement backlogs, roadmap planning, and working across Dev, QA, and PM teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Agile certification (e.g., CSPO) a plus
