Als Customer Success Manager bei Xentral bist Du nicht nur ein technischer Experte, sondern ein echter Partner für unsere Kunden. Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt unsere (größeren) Kunden operativ und hilfst dem Team deren Anforderungen zu verstehen, zu strukturieren und die Umsetzungen voranzutreiben
- Du nutzt Deine ERP Erfahrung und dein tiefes Kundenverständnis, um grundlegende Customer Success Prozesse zu entwickeln und sie fortlaufend zu optimieren
- Du bringst dein technisches Know.how ein, um mit dem Second-Level, Produkt- und Engineering Kundenprobleme zu besprechen, zu priorisieren und zu lösen
- Du begleitest den Kundenlebenszyklus, einschließlich Onboarding, Adoption, Erfolg, Erneuerung und Abwanderung
Dein Profil
- Du besitzt einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, IT, Wirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du bist hoch motiviert und hast eine Leidenschaft für ERP Systeme und Geschäftsprozesse
- Du verfügst über operative Erfahrungen in komplexen Produkten und Verständnis für Kunden- und Partner Anforderungen - teilweise auch auf technischer Ebene
- Du hast gute Organisation skills, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und die Zeit für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung einzuteilen
- Du hast eine Affinität zu Technik und kennst dich mit den technischen Aspekten aus, die mit der Rolle verbunden sind
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
