Job description
We’re looking for a highly proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must, as you’ll be engaging with clients and prospects in Arabic-speaking markets.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up meetings for the sales team
• Understand client needs and communicate how our product/service can address them
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment (It could include other experiences in different customer service roles as well as long as speaks Arabic)
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive to meet/exceed goals
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
