What will I be doing?
- Assist the Sales team with technical aspects of proposals and presentations tailored for different verticals.
- Have the ability to present to customer stakeholders at all levels
- Participate in pre-sales meetings to understand customer challenges within their regional context and propose relevant solutions.
- Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and similar pre-sale instances
- Own the technical relationship with PSPs gateways and partners we’re connected with, and help identify capabilities and commercial opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s sales methodology and metrics.
- Ability to translate technical information into sales narratives for Sales, AMs, TAMs and other teams to have a clear understanding of the project and solutions required
- Project Manage delivery across internal areas such as Tax, Fraud Prevention, CS, Ops, TAM, Treasury, Compliance & Legal.
- Constantly evaluate areas for improvement in the sales process and makes recommendations to drive efficiency and revenue
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- +3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in working and understanding APIs, with the capability of explaining them to third parties.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Passion for customer success and deep interest in understanding client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and work effectively with them.
- Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects at the same time.
- Experience in payments is a plus.
- Ability to write and speak other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating globally.
