Full time | 70k base + uncapped commissions | Remote โ€“ USA**

The Role

We’re looking for results-oriented sales professionals who understands the B2B SaaS landscape and can build strong relationships with prospective clients while consistently delivering revenue results.

This is a hunter role dedicated to new logo acquisition. Account management and renewal responsibilities are handled by separate teams.

About You

  • You’re an accomplished B2B SaaS sales professional with at least one to two years of consistent quota achievement
  • You have experience selling products with annual contract values ranging from $10,000 to $100,000
  • You excel at handling pricing discussions and can effectively communicate value propositions
  • You’re skilled at identifying client pain points and positioning solutions that address specific business needs
  • Your prospecting abilities are strong, and you maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline development

Compensation Philosophy

We believe in paying for performance, which is why our compensation structure is designed to reward success at every level:

  • Year One: $85K-$95K OTE - We want you to succeed from day one, so we’ve structured your first year to be achievable while still challenging.
  • Year Two: $150K-$250K OTE - As you build your territory and develop deeper relationships, your earning potential grows exponentially.
  • Year Three and Beyond: $250K+ OTE - The sky’s the limit for top performers. We have reps earning well above this range, and there’s no cap on what you can achieve.
