Join our client as a Sales Manager for Transformers and take the lead in promoting our innovative transformer solutions!

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for increasing market share and establishing strong relationships with clients in the electrical and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the transformer market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences to promote products and network with potential customers.

Location: Remote

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the transformer or electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of transformer technology and its applications.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • A degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
