Job description

Join our client’s dynamic team as a Sales Manager specializing in refrigeration solutions!

Your primary responsibility will be driving sales for commercial fridges across various markets including retail, hospitality, and food service. We seek individuals who have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for refrigeration products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective customers showcasing the advantages and applications of our refrigeration products.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with customer needs.

  • Provide product training and support to customers and distributors.

  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to develop competitive strategies.

  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and trade shows.

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the refrigeration or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of refrigeration products and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
